Hi! I’m Neda from Iran.

I studied English Language and later started a Master’s degree in Media Studies, which I’m currently taking a break from while exploring new paths and experiences through travel.

Over the years, I’ve worked with children and teenagers, teaching English through creative methods and activities. Later, I worked in content creation, copywriting, social media management, and creative ideation for brands and online platforms.

Recently, yoga became an important part of my life. After more than a year of regular practice, I decided to deepen my knowledge and become a teacher myself. I completed a 200-hour RYS yoga teacher training online, and this year I traveled to Goa, India to complete my 300-hour RYS TTC. Now I’m a certified 500-hour yoga teacher.

I love reading, yoga, running, cycling, writing, photography, videography, and spending time in nature. I’m always excited to learn new things, connect with people, and experience different ways of living.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a mix of creative, communication, and practical skills. I’ve worked as an English teacher (mostly with kids), which helped me develop patience, empathy, and clear communication.

For the past few years, I’ve been a social media manager and content writer, so I’m skilled in writing, storytelling, photography, and video editing, and I enjoy creating content that connects with people.

I’ve also worked with NGOs, supporting kids and youth through workshops, ideations, and digital media storytelling projects. These experiences strengthened my teamwork, creativity, and understanding of community-based projects.

I have a good understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and love being involved in sustainability-related projects. I also enjoy farm work and local life, and I value simple, nature-connected living.

I’m a certified 500-hour yoga teacher and I love sharing yoga, mindfulness, and breathing practices wherever I go.
