Description

I am Muriel, 40, from France.

After working for 8 years in an office in Paris as a pharmacist, I decided to break free from a life that wasn't fulfilling my dreams and aspirations, and wasn't allowing me to align my choices with my deep values.
I started to travel and meet people from other cultures and backgrounds. I enjoyed very much working outdoors, with the land, hands in the dirt! I also loved working with animals, speaking foreign languages, learning new skills! Every workaway and wwoofing experience taught me a lot (including on myself!).
In the second phase of my journey, I have decided to experiment life in intentional communities. I am so grateful for the warm welcome that was given to me, I ended up living for 3 months in the first one, and for one year and a half in the second one!
I am now back in France, working in agriculture and tourism, and building my network of friends and creative, supportive, and positive people!

I am an enthusiastic and sociable person. I am also able to enjoy my free time on my own.
I am vegetarian and would like to be involved in eco-responsible projects.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am willing to help in many projects.
I had various voluntary work experiences, lasting from 2 weeks until more than one year, in France, Spain, New Zealand, Ecuador, Peru and Canada.
Those experiences include:
- farming and gardening,
- cooking (vegetarian - for groups up to 80 people - I just need very big pots and pans!),
- small building tasks,
- housekeeping,
- forest maintenance,
- animal care (I spent 5 months at a rescue center for wild animals in the Amazon rainforest and 1 year at a goat farm)

I am a certified yoga teacher, who needs to practice teaching :-)
I have lived in communities, I know how to keep common spaces clean and tidy.
