Hello, my name is Michael! Originally from northern New York state, I have spent most of the last 7 years of my life in various parts of Japan. Lately I have been spending my days gardening, cooking, renovating, working out or hiking, studying languages, and playing music.

Having accomplished most of my goals and established a home in Japan, I would like to fulfill my dreams of traveling to Europe, especially Spain. Primarily I would like to regain my Spanish abilities, and walk El Camino de Santiago, an ambition I`ve had since I was a child, but I would be happy to travel almost anywhere along the way.

I have relevant skills/experience in the following :
-Teaching English (3 years in Japan, children aged 3 to 15)
-Hospitality and Tourism
-DIY Renovation (I have fixed 2 old houses so far)
-Japanese Interpretation
-Music (Drums, Bass, some Keys)

I would probably be the most use to you helping with DIY projects, inside chores/cooking, teaching/tutoring, but I love to learn new skills, and would be happy to help with anything necessary. I`m looking forward to meeting you!
