Description

I have recently completed my Erasmus Exchange during which I realized how much I love meeting new people, learn, blend into cultures and make unforgettable memories. It was a life-changing experience that made me question my life choices and embrace a new version of myself. I am eager to share my enthusiasm for cooking, hosting and safeguarding the planet; as well as making every moment worth being lived.

I would call myself adventurous, always down to try something new and to make memories, not excuses. Sports are my bread and butter, i have tried almost everything, from gymnastic to swimming, passing through horse riding. I love both challenging myself with new activities as well as the feeling of being exhausted but satified. There are few sensations that fullfill me like celebrating with my teammates after a match or looking down from the summit of the mountain after a hike.

However, I am not just adrenalic, in fact I also love reading a good book, meditating or taking a walk while listening to some good music. I am also very passionate about cooking, international cuisine, and sharing a meal with other people. I think it's a beautiful way to get to know each other better, but that may be due to my italian heritage :).

All in all, I believe the true beauty of life are human interactions: getting to know people different from me yet so similar, sharing experiences, memories, dreams and making lifelong friends.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

manual skills - ever since I was a boy scout, I have always been very hardworking and enthusiastic to gain new experiences. My years as a scout taught me the importance of cooperation and many valuable skills to survive in the wild. We also gained some hands-on experience while doing some small manufactoring and carpentering projects.

hospitality - I have worked for almost two years in hotels and restaurants, hence I gained some skills in the hospitality industry. I know how to approach customers, work under pressure and in a team.

cooking and hosting - during my Exchange I learned firsthand the importance of having a clean and hospitable space, the beauty of cooking a meal, sharing, hosting and taking care of the house and common spaces.

pet sitting - having lived my whole life among pets such as cats, turtles, dogs made me develop some skills to take care and look after them. Additionally, I also developed a very silly and high-pich voice when I talk to my dog or cats! :)

tutoring - During my universiy studies I worked as a tutor in Maths,Physics, Biology and History, teaching to a variety of girls and guys, ranging from 11 to 18.

enthusiasm - most importantly, I am eager to learn new skills and to gain more experience. If you are interested in an enthusiastic and fast-learner person, ready to assimilate and apply new knowledge always with a smile, I might be the right fit.
