Hello people!
We are Martin and Gianna. I (Martin) am Bulgarian, and Gianna is from Mexico but is a resident of Bulgaria (EU and Schengen country). G works as a screenwriter for TV productions, and I am a content writer for websites. Half of the year, we work from home, and the rest we turn into digital nomads, exploring the world!

We are a friendly and talkative couple eager to learn, meet new people and have a wonderful time together. We have been traveling together for years. Regarding platforms, we have used Couchsurfing as guests and hosts, but we stumbled upon this site, and the idea is great. We want to try it and see if we can be helpful to people.

We are small in size, but big in our desire to be useful (efficient learners) :D

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Our skills/ What we offer:

Directly connected to our professions. We are professional screenwriters and copywriters. We both work in creative fields and can help you with marketing-orientated ideas. I studied Business Administration and Gianna, Media Production, and Screenwriting.

EU driving license. Around 15 years of experience. I (Martin) have driven in multiple European countries and Mexico and I have never had an accident, so I can say I am either a good driver or a very lucky guy.

Computers and small electronics. It all depends on the gadgets and the tools available, but usually, I (Martin) can fix laptops, change components, and give good recommendations for upgrades. I love to see old devices still working, many years after they were created.
I am not an expert, but I usually fix what is broken at home – plugs, light switches, tubing, etc. I am not guaranteeing that I will fix your problems, but I can try my best with the help of YouTube.

Gardening. In our garden, we often cut the grass, remove bushes, cut some small trees, collect fruits, and plant some plants from time to time. In the last 2-3 years, we are always traveling so we are not doing it so much, but in 2020 and 2021 we had zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, and different spices.

Cooking. We both cook, and the results are usually very tasty. We don’t stick to traditional recipes, but we incorporate ingredients from our cuisines – Bulgarian and Mexican and use seasonal ingredients to create unique dishes. We eat meat and vegetables. Until now, we don’t have allergies. For Gianna, eating fish, seafood and lamb is challenging but a challenge she tries sometimes because she knows the benefits.

Dogs and cats. For many years, Gianna has had dogs and loves them. I was more of a cat person, but while living in Mexico with her, I got into dogs as well.

Languages. If you are interested in practicing languages, we speak English, Spanish, and Bulgarian. We don’t have a method because we are not professional teachers, but if you have a lesson book, or you just want to speak with somebody, we can help.

Other activities. We can also help with furniture assembly (IKEA or similar furniture), and put some shelves. We saw that many people are looking for a carpenter to help them. We are not, but we can certainly learn to do some of the tasks.

We are not afraid of light construction work, sanding, painting, or even using cement for building something. The only thing is that we will need guidance. We have fixed several things at home and we keep the house maintained.

We can be helpful for some other things too, just check our pictures. We are not the biggest and strongest individuals :D
