Hi all,

My name is Marte, I'm Dutch and love to see how beautiful the world is while living there.
Living with others and explore different cultures is my favorite way to live life!
And it's a great way to learn about home-cooked family recipes. Cooking and being in the kitchen together brings me joy. For family and friends, or groups at retreats or festivals.

Let's be the adventure! For me the most joy is found in daily life: having breakfast together, work in a garden, grow vegetables, go on a hike or bikeride, cook for people, host a movie night, visit the local bakery...

The fun of this platform is to experience another's life for a little while. I enjoy feeling somebody's love for a place and to enhance it with my own.

So. Life makes me happy, and happiness is contagious ;)

It wasn't always like that, obviously.
While living a great life in the USA but going through a hard chapter, I was thinking about what made me happy. I could not think of many things, but it felt important to find more.
It was the start of a personal quest towards happiness, contentment and appreciation for life.
I made an app to learn how to do it and to celebrate life.

I travel the world to "gospel" about it 🤣

Serene surroundings make me feel relaxed and good, so I'll be organized and clean anywhere.
Cooking from th garden is awesome, trying new recipes together as well. I also love classical music (especially in old churches) and ancient wisdom.
