Hi there, my name is Mark. I'm in Europe for 3 months (I lived in Uk for 14 years) and wanting to learn, live and enjoy my time away from home to the fullest extent so when i go back I have some more inspiration to carry on with my own sustainable life project . I have worked as a chef for 25 years so love to make my own bread, cereals, chutneys etc.But I laso have quite a few years expereince building, gardening, landscaping as well. I am also a keen cyclist and surfer and try and try and be as active as possible! My other interests are meditation and yoga.
Back home I am the kitchen co -ordinator at Mana Retreat on the Coromandel peninsula . I l also have a separate cabin on my property listed on Air BNB so am very familiar with customer service, hosting.
