Description
Hello! My name is Marie, I’m from a small town in Norway and I’m looking for new adventures and challenges!
I recently took a short French course in Nice, and now I want to continue travelling! I want to see more of Europe, first of all I would like to go back to France to hopefully continue learning the language a little more, and most of all experience more of the beautiful country.
I’m very creative, I love using my hands and I always have a few creative projects to work on. I love photography, painting, crochet, knitting, sewing, fashion, nailart, making jewellery and generally being creative in any way i can.
I also love going for walks, exploring both nature and the city, taking a swim, playing or cuddling with my cat, dancing, thrifting, and chilling inside with a good show, book or board games.
Im kind, patient and positive. I tend to always find joy and beauty in the little things, and I am good at adapting to whatever situation I’m in. I’m a little shy, but I love people and enjoy being around and getting to know all different kinds of personalities. I also love animals, I have had cats all my life, and I also grew up around dogs.
I have travelled quite a bit, but I’m new to travelling alone and volunteering feels like a great way to do that. I love to help out in any way I can, and I’m good at figuring things out when i have to. I’m excited to learn new skills and to meet new people and learn about their lives and cultures!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I studied art, which included photography, painting, textile, sculptures, drawing, graphic design, video, character design and more. I also learned to use Adobe: Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and Illustrator.
I also do a lot of art and creative work in my free time, such as photography, painting, crochet, knitting, nailart, jewellery making, sewing, and some candle making. I love fashion as well and dream of working with wedding dresses.
I speak Norwegian, English and Swedish, and would be happy to teach either of them! I'm also learning French, and I can introduce myself in German.
I can clean, organize, tidy, paint, some simple cooking, baking and gardening, and I'm always happy to learn more!
