Hi! I'm Manuel, 27 years old from Italy.
I speak Italian, English, French, and Spanish. I love traveling, discovering new cultures, and connecting with people wherever I go.

I'm vegetarian and passionate about beach volleyball, nature, the ocean, and spirituality—especially Buddhism. I have a deep love for Southeast Asia, particularly the Philippines and Thailand.

I’ve worked for 10 years in restaurants across Italy, France, and Spain, mainly as a chef de partie. I’m experienced in cooking, working under pressure, and managing kitchen tasks. I’m happy to help in the kitchen or in any other area where support is needed.

I also love animals and enjoy spending time with them. I'm always positive, open-minded, and ready to help with a smile. I'm looking for meaningful experiences where I can contribute and grow.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have over 10 years of experience working in restaurants across Italy, France, and Spain, mainly as a chef de partie. I'm skilled in preparing a wide variety of dishes (vegetarian and non), managing kitchen stations, and working efficiently under pressure. I enjoy cooking for others and can be a great help in any food-related tasks, including prep, service, and kitchen cleaning.

Besides cooking, I’m a quick learner, responsible, and happy to help wherever needed—whether it's cleaning, organizing spaces, gardening, or helping with guests.

I'm also very good with animals and love spending time with them.

In addition, I have experience teaching languages informally to friends, especially Italian, Spanish, and French. I enjoy sharing knowledge and adapting to the learning style of the person I'm helping.

I'm used to teamwork, but I’m also comfortable working independently when needed. I’m physically active, enjoy outdoor work, and always bring a positive attitude. I’m flexible, respectful, and open to learning new skills.

I enjoy playing board games and card games—especially strategy games and anything that brings people together. I’m always up for a laugh and good conversation around a shared meal or campfire.

I'm also interested in personal growth, meditation, and living a balanced, healthy life. I value kindness, curiosity, and simplicity—and I always try to bring those values with me wherever I go.
