Hi!
My name is Malyssia, I'm 20 years old, and I'm from France. This is my first Workaway experience. I'm a down-to-earth person and I appreciate life's simple pleasures. I'm very close to my friends and family: I love taking care of the people I love and being there for them, even if it sometimes means being a bit silly to make them laugh 😅. I decided to take a break from my studies because I really want to discover new things, meet new people, and above all, get to know myself better. My English is still a beginner's level (I'm working on it 😅), but I really want to improve and I'm not afraid to try, even if I make mistakes.
I'm not just looking for trips or activities, but experiences that make me think and help me understand myself better. I want genuine encounters, to share meaningful moments, and to return with a little more of myself, along with stories and memories that allow me to grow. -

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I’ve worked in different places like restaurants, shops, and even a factory, so I’m quite used to being on my feet and staying active. I don’t have one specific trade, but I really enjoy learning new things on the spot. If you can take a little time to show me how you do things, I’ll happily adapt to whatever needs to be done around the house or the garden or anything else.. My goal is really to be helpful while I work on my English.
And of course, I can help out in the kitchen too. I’m French, so I have a reputation to protect (and I make a mean crepe)! -
