Description
Hello everyone!
A little bit about me : I was a history student but i'm also passionate about sustainability and humanism. I always had interest in history and mythology as well as folklore and tales. I am now studying psychology and aim to be a therapist in the future. I am a tea lover, especially Japanese green tea! I really enjoy traveling and in particular exploring ancient sites, discovering new food and recipes while I travel and enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings :)
Since I was a kid I wanted to go to Japan. I have been saving up for years to be able to spend months exploring Japan to celebrate my 30th birthday, I have now a Working Holiday Visa and will go to Japan from March to November 2026.I plan to explore the countryside while volunteering in tea farms or any other opportunities to discover more about japanese culture, especially rural Japan. I am looking foward discovering the cultural and natural heritage of Japan and learn more about the history, mythology and wildlife of the islands.
I love animals and wildlife/botanics in general, I have a dog named Matcha that I rescued while in Greece and took her with me all the way to France. I also grew up with lots of cats, and have a collection of pictures of all the animals I have seen during my travels.
I grew up in the Loire Valley which is a region in the center of France known for its castles next to the River. However I am now living in Edinburgh, capital of Scotland, which also have a beautiful castle! I like fantasy books mostly, but at the moment I'm reading a lot of Greek myths retelling.
I have met beautiful people along my journeys and nothing makes me happier than fully embracing the unique world we live in and being thankfull for the adventures and the people you share them with.
