Hello! My name is Maddie or Madelyn (:
In June of 2021 I graduated university with a bachelor’s in sociology and global humanities. Connecting with other humans and learning about other cultures is something that I am very passionate about! After graduating university I have been exploring new things in different places the last two years.
I spent six in South Africa doing a social work internship at a domestic violence shelter. During my time in South Africa I did a lot of secretary’ work but also work in the garden and nursery of the shelter.
The last 18 months I have been working as an au pair in France. I have plenty of experience with children from toddlers to teenagers. I have a lot of experience cooking from my time as an au pair as well.
I think I am my happiest when I’m a part of a community. I love cooking, dancing, meeting new people, and doing anything in nature!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience working as a nanny / au pair / social worker assistant. Of course working abroad I’ve developed skills helping youth improve their English!
I have plenty of experience cooking and gardening. I went to a kitchen and garden primary school in Australia, and grew up in a home where those skills were valued.
I’ve always loved art and opportunities to be creative. Working with children has given me lots of chances to do different drawing and painting projects.
I have experience working in customer service and as a secretary as well.
