  Description

  We are a married couple of 27 years, we are both in our early 50's and looked to take early retirement after been in London for a number of years. We have bought what was built as a remote artist retreat / art gallery and currently transforming it into a three bedroom family home. The house sits on 60,000m2 land and remote / totally off-grid. We are looking to develop the off-grid life style and build a large garden plot on the land. We are looking for help to firstly repair the boundary / fenching on the property and then to build a garden area to become more self suffuicent.

  English speaking, happy to help with language improvement. Also learning how to live off-grid as much as possible. We are building a permaculture garden and learning the ways of working ourselves and happy to share as much knowdlege as we go along.

  Hébergement

  Own room with double bed, bedding and towels etc included also own bathroom, either ensuite or across the hall dependant on which room. Breakfast and lunch as very causual and a help yourself affair. Evening meal more set although we are meat eaters and if not suitable will provide food for vegitarian / vegan to prepare themselves.

  The plot is very much in a farming area with only farm houses a couple of kilometers away. The area has a lot of hiking trails , also a lot of animal rescue sites if this is off interest. We are a couple of kilometers walk from two small tradintional towns with bars and resturants. About 40 minutes by car is Alicante or a number of beach resorts. No public transport so own car / van recommended.

  We are off-grid so pull in about 100MB but as I work and have many video calls it works well enough for me. Also streaming TV etc
