I am looking for opportunities to practice my Portuguese, I was previously B2 level (based on the EU framework)
I have been in Brazil for 6 weeks and will be here for 3-6 months to share and be a part of Brazil’s beautiful culture.

I love to climb, sail, learn/share languages and with 10 years of working in charity/NGO fields, absolutely adore helping others. I cycled across Europe from Brussels to Macedonia to challenge myself (and keep fit and happy). I have two level 5 degrees in consultancy and management predominantly focusing on project management/ delivery. At the moment I am studying a third degree-level qualification (level 5) in Teaching English as a Foreign Language which is accredited by the TEFL Institute.

As my work has commonly been with vulnerable people and children, I hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring service certificate (DBS) proving my certification to work with community groups and I have a criminal police check which shows no criminal convictions. Overview of work:

As mentioned in the introduction, I have worked 8-10 years in community development through charity and NGO projects. Some of these have been national (UK based) others have been international (Portugal, Zambia and Kenya).

Two degrees (level 5 foundation) in: Consultancy and Leadership/Management.
Studying: PRINCE 2 and TEFL (level 5 foundation degree online)
Two workplace qualifications: How to be a middle manager and Volunteering Skills (Scottish framework)
