Description
Hi! I'm currently in a gap year after earning my Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from Cornell University, where I concentrated in animal physiology and conducted research in both animal science and neuroscience & animal behavior. In my time before attending veterinary school in the US, I'm looking for opportunities to travel the world, meet new people, and gain important cultural and life experiences in this developmental period of my life! I love animals, the outdoors, arts such as music, writing, and drawing, and spend most of my time with my friends family, and pets!

Hands-on experience and able to perform basic animal care for cows, cats, and dogs, including physical exams, diagnostics, administering medicines, and milking. Hard worker with experience in many different kinds of manual labor, food service, and childcare jobs. Proficient in reading, writing, problem solving, and able to learn and pick up new skills quickly!

I love music, writing, and art! I grew up doing competitive dance and playing field hockey, then continued these sports into college where I also picked up rugby. I love yoga and am interested in being a certified teacher some day. I am very health conscious, staying active and eating healthy, with a large interest in gardening and cooking using farm fresh ingredients.
