Hi! I am Lewis(24) and I am travelling around Norway with my dog Benny(8).
I am very new to Workaway but I am looking forward to my first experiences!
Currently I am on a break from university. I study Sports and Fitness Science and work as a Taekwondo teacher.

Benny and I love nature, hiking and being active physically. Some more of my interests are art in any kind of form but what i like most is sketching and building stuff (mostly furniture) out of wood or old things i find around. I am also a big fan of history and old stories.
The dog, Benny is a friendly, playful but most of all cuddly dog who loves to run around with his toys and enjoys every little pet he gets.
He hurt his paw hiking last week so he is very calm right now.

I would love to get to know new people and learn more about norwegian life as well as the language.
Also maybe learning new skills or improving my own would be awesome! Here are some things I would love to learn: fishing, knitting, cooking traditional food, gardening, making cheese, anything about sheep or goats, … the list goes on and on but I am open for everything that comes in!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Due to my job I am very good with kids and enjoy spending time with them as well as learning from and teaching them.
I have a garden at home so I have some experience with that.
Building simple furniture or renovating homes in form of painting etc. is also something that is not new to me but I am not an expert.
I have no problem with doing tasks around the house like cleaning or mowing the lawn.
My friends and family also say I am a very good cook and baker :)
