my name is Laura, I'm 31 years old and I'm Italian.
I grew up in a small village close to Dolomites but I always dreamt the sea.

Hi,
I am a 36 years old French who has been traveling for years now, mostly in Europe (4 years) in South and North America (4years), Asia (1 year) and Australia (4years).
My life is about knowing other countries, other people and new cultures. I can't get enough of that.

I have experience working in agriculture:
Chainsaw, lawnmowing, bulls and cows feeding and taking care of, picking, digging, trimming, prunning, weeding...

I have worked 4 years in Australia and France in that field.

I have also experience in hospitality (as a recepcionist, waiter and housekeeper)

And i am also an online teacher (as a french and spanish teacher)

I like as well anthropology, geography, philosophy, hicking, going out in big cities, speaking foreign languages and listening to music from the impressionist and romantic period..and much more as the thing I prefer is to adapt myself and discover new things to like!

I graduated in Social Services with a specialization in Methodology, Organization, and Assessment of Social Services.
In 2019, I started traveling alone and spent almost a year between Seville, Cádiz, and Vejer - El Palmar. During that time I made extensive use of Workaway, learned Spanish and had some incredible experiences.
In Seville I lived and worked in a cultural center, taking on a variety of tasks from painting walls to creating promotional videos. In Cádiz I worked in a hotel and later in a hostel as both a housekeeper and receptionist.

In July 2020 I returned to Italy and began working as a teacher, first in a kindergarten and later in a primary school with 9-year-old children. I absolutely loved teaching, especially working with older kids.

In 2023, I moved to Australia and have been there until now. During my time in Australia, I’ve had a variety of job experiences including farming (picking, paking, pruning, weeding, mowing, working with sheeps/cows etc) housekeeping, babysitting, managing a holoday house, working in bars/restaurants . I’ve also gained some experience in the construction field.

I speak three languages fluently (french, spanish and english) and can teach them. I studied history and geography specialized in tourism and heritage during 7 years so a person able to teach about these fields as well( I have been teaching Spanish, French and geography for 7 years).
I have worked in hostels in Granada (Spain), Zagreb (Croatia), Cambodia and Colombia and I have skills in any kind of hostel tasks (reception, housekeeping, bartending, guiding...)
I love manual work. I have worked in farms in North America, in Europe (mostly in vineyard) and I have spent also 4 years working in the Australian countryside so i m used to work in harsh environments, doing hard tasks outside..
I am always ready for anykind of farmwork!! (I can drive any type of vehicule included tractor)
To finish I have experience in painting (not art) but as well in making floors or cutting wood, building and general maintenance.
Plus: i know how to play piano if there is one around
To sum it up I am a versatile person
