Description

My name is Konrad, I am 21 years old and I come from Poland. I currently study at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, where I combine academic education with military training. This experience has taught me discipline, responsibility, punctuality and how to work well as part of a team.

I am an active person and sport is an important part of my life. I regularly run, do strength training and prepare for long-distance races. I also enjoy travelling, discovering new cultures and experiencing everyday life in places that are different from typical tourist destinations.

One of the main reasons I joined Workaway is that I would like to improve my English, meet people from different countries and experience what life is really like in another culture. I am also learning the basics of German and I am always interested in developing new skills.

I would describe myself as respectful, calm, reliable and open-minded. I am comfortable following instructions, helping with practical tasks and taking responsibility for the work I am given. I can help with general household duties, cleaning, basic maintenance, gardening, physical work, looking after animals or supporting everyday projects. I am physically fit, learn quickly and I am not afraid of demanding tasks.

In my free time, I enjoy running, reading, cooking simple meals, exploring new places and having interesting conversations. I value a healthy lifestyle, but I am also flexible and happy to adapt to the daily routine of my host.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a reliable, disciplined and physically active person. As a student at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, I am used to working in a structured environment, following instructions, being punctual and cooperating with other people. Military training has also taught me responsibility, resilience and how to remain calm when completing demanding tasks.

I am physically fit and comfortable with practical work, including carrying equipment, cleaning, organising spaces, basic maintenance and other household or outdoor tasks. I learn quickly and I am willing to develop new skills, even when I do not have previous experience in a particular area.

I can prepare simple, healthy meals and help with everyday household duties. I am organised, careful and respectful of other people’s homes and routines. I also enjoy working as part of a team, but I can complete tasks independently when clear instructions are provided.

I speak Polish as my native language and communicate well in English. I am also learning basic German. I am interested in technology, sport, running, travelling and cultural exchange. I would be happy to help with physical work, household tasks, basic technical jobs, cleaning, cooking, organising activities or supporting different projects.
