Hi, I’m Kendall! I’m motivated by a love for nature, meaningful connections, and a desire to make a positive impact. I find joy in hands-on work, being outside, and learning from new experiences and people.

I’m passionate about sustainability, wildlife, and community care. For the past four years, I’ve volunteered at a local wildlife rehab center. I enjoy a mix of creative and practical work—whether it’s hiking, reading, listening to music, or helping with animals and gardens. I’m reliable, open-minded, and always eager to lend a hand and learn something new.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’m a recent high school graduate with four years of hands-on experience volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation center. I’ve worked with a range of animals and am comfortable with tasks like feeding, cleaning enclosures, administering basic veterinary care, and observing behavior. I follow safety protocols closely and stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

I feel confident working on hands-on projects and enjoy being active and involved. Whether it’s animal care, enclosure maintenance, or helping with general upkeep, I’m always ready to pitch in. I’m a quick learner, a team player, and genuinely committed to the well-being of animals and the people who care for them.

Through workaway, I have so far volunteered at a dog rescue in Croatia feeding, cleaning up after, and helping with the care of over 130 dogs. I plan on volunteering at a pig rescue in Ireland next, so I understand the ups and downs of rescue situations and what comes with that as well.
