Hi everyone!

My name is Justine, and I'm from South Yorkshire in England. I'm a fundraising and marketing professional driven by a deep motivation to make a positive impact—doing what I can, when I can.

I love all things adventure and outdoors, and you'll probably find me either enjoying sports and socialising or at a cafe with my kindle. I'm very easy going, love meeting new people, and challenging myself.

I'm passionate about travelling and immersing myself in new cultures, learning from the people I meet, and building meaningful friendships across the globe.

* Fundraising expert – From community events to major donors and grant applications, I’ve been involved in a wide range of fundraising efforts and love finding creative ways to support good causes.
* Creative communications – I enjoy crafting content that connects with people, whether that’s through social media, storytelling, or designing materials that make a message stand out.
* Marketing & campaign experience – I’ve led and supported campaigns that raise awareness and funds, always with a focus on engaging the right people in the right way.
* Design & digital tools – Comfortable using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Meta Business Suite to bring ideas to life and help messages reach their audience.
* Teamwork & leadership – Whether I’m leading a project or jumping in to support, I’m all about collaboration, motivation, and making things happen together.
* Community engagement – I love bringing people together, building connections, and creating inclusive experiences that make everyone feel welcome.

I have previous volunteered in Uganda and Tanzania with 2 charities, Play Action International and World Challenge. In Uganda I helped to build a playground for a local school and in Tanzania we helped to rebuild and paint a school. During these projects I saw firsthand how such initiatives can provide children with a safe and engaging space to learn and grow.

I’m a card and board game fanatic (monopoly deal is a current favourite) with an appreciation for movies and sitcoms (New Girl is rewatched at least twice a year). What I’ve especially loved during my time travelling is learning new games and sharing experiences with new friends.
