Description
Hi!
My name is Joke and I'm travelling solo around the world. I'm starting in California, New-Zealand, Australia & Indonesia. And who knows where else live will bring me.
I love to run, play tennis, go for hikes,... Books have no secrets for me, I sing and I love to be creative in all kinds of ways (artworks, crochets, photography,...)
And I can't go through one day without having heard some music and a good cup of coffee.
I’m hoping to meet a lot of beautiful people to share all those experiences and to learn from eachother. I’m eager to broaden my skills, my mind and my horizon. -

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I know how to organise events: from a group of 10 people to a group of 300 people. This in combinatie with communication on websites and socials, for those events.
Experiences I learned in former jobs is to work with groups of vulnerable people. I organized a soccerteam for homeless people for example, or walking football for people over 55.
When I studied in California I learned photography, writing a script and making a shortmovie.
I've also been in artschool for years, and now I still go to singing class.
And I'm creative in all different kind of ways: I've painted my own appartment and put on wallpaper, I love to bake cookies and cakes, I crochet my own hats,... -

I spent about a week with them and if I could I would’ve stayed longer.
I did a little bit of everything: I removed hay from the beds and put hay back in the beds so they could prepare it to plant new veggies, I helped pick and clean corn so they could sell it, I removed broccoli stems and corn, planted seeds,… just … read more
They give you such a warm welcome and you are a part of the family from day one. And wherever I needed help, they were there.
I helped them by painting the gate and trimming the palmtrees, we made some craftworks for the garden, and walked the little Zuma twice a day.
