About Me

I’m at a point in my life where I’m no longer chasing more… I’m choosing better.

I’ve built businesses. I’ve led teams. I’ve lived the version of success that looks good on the outside… but doesn’t always feel right on the inside.

Now I’m stepping into something different.

I’m looking for environments where people value simplicity, honesty, and contribution. Places where I can be useful, present, and part of something real… not just passing through.

I’m 51, originally from the NZ, but loved in the UKfor the padt 30 years, and I bring a mix of life experience, leadership, and practical capability. I’m comfortable working with my hands… but I also bring strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

I don’t need luxury. I don’t need constant stimulation.

I’m looking for good people, meaningful work, and a rhythm that feels human again.

🛠 Skilled Trade – Plumbing & Heating

Qualified and experienced in plumbing and heating systems
Can install, repair, and maintain water systems
Experience diagnosing and fixing issues quickly and effectively
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of problems
Can support off-grid or eco systems (happy to learn specific setups)

🛠 Practical / Hands-On

General maintenance and DIY
Basic building and repair work
Gardening and land-based tasks

Happy to get stuck into physical work (within reason… I work smart, not just hard)


🧠 Skilled / Professional

Business support and strategy
Marketing, messaging, and client attraction
Systems and organisation
Coaching and leadership support (if useful to you or your team)


🤝 Human / Community

Clear communication and reliability

Ability to hold space, support others, and build connection

Mature, grounded presence… not drama, not ego


What I’m Looking For

Permaculture projects or land-based communities

Coastal locations are a big plus

Environments with good people and a sense of shared purpose

Opportunities where I can contribute meaningfully… not just tick boxes

Conversations matter as much as the work

There’s space to think, reflect, and reset

I’m consistent, reliable, and self-managing.

I don’t need micromanaging… just clarity.
