Description

Hi there! My name is Jirka, and I’ve spent my whole life in the beautiful city of Prague. Now, I feel it’s time to experience something new and step out of my comfort zone.

I’ve been asking myself why I’m so drawn to places outside of Europe, especially farms and nature. The answer is simple: I’m looking for a deeper connection with the earth, to be more grounded, and to balance my life through meaningful manual work. I also want to meet amazing people from around the world – people with different stories, energy, and perspectives.

Back home, my dad has a garden, and I’ve always enjoyed helping out there. That’s what sparked my interest in trying something bigger – like life on a real farm! 😄

A bit about me – I love solo traveling. A few years ago, I spent 5 months living in the Canary Islands, working as a photographer for a company. Photography is one of my biggest passions, and one of my goals on this journey is to document the people, the work, the land, and all those beautiful everyday moments. I’d love to turn this into a photobook one day.

I’m excited for the challenges, the learning, the connections – and I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your project!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I studied at an IT school, so I guess you could say I’m a bit of a tech nerd. 😄 I'm comfortable with technology and I enjoy solving problems.

Most of the jobs I’ve had involved communication in some form, so I’m confident talking to people and working in a team. I’m friendly, open-minded, and easy to get along with.

I played football for 12 years during elementary and high school, and I’ve always enjoyed being active – sports have been a big part of my life and I still try to stay physically active.

My English is at a good conversational level – I can communicate clearly and understand well.

Photography is one of my biggest passions. I understand both the artistic and technical sides – from cameras and lenses to editing and post-processing. I’ve even taught photo courses and basic IT skills to elderly people, which was a great experience in both teaching and patience.

In my free time, I love playing music with friends – jamming together, creating spontaneous little concerts. I’m always eager to learn new things and grow as a person.
