Hi, I'm Jana from the Czech Republic. I have 14 years of experience as a online marketer specializing in SEO (helping companies with search engine visibility and optimizing and improving their websites and e-shops), website administration and project manager of web development.

But I have many other interests and also professional experience:

I graduated from Hospitality and tourism school and have experience in hotels and restaurants in various positions (housekeeping, waitressing, kitchen, receptionist, marketing). I also run a bed and breakfast with my family. I really like to take care of the space from cleaning to decorations to make it beautiful and clean. I also like to take care of the pleasant atmosphere and well-being of the people around.

I like gardening and I also love to cook. I have experience cooking on various events (retreats, conferences, banquets, workshops, seminars/talks, weddings). Some of them I even (co-)organized.

I have experience with chores around the house (wall painting, furniture assembly, furniture painting/makeover, small repairs, housework) and caring for animals.

In the past I also ran a small fitness center/gym focusing on taekwondo, kickboxing, tai-chi and oriental dance classes.

I am interested in self-development, yoga, meditation, breathwork, bodywork, conscious touch, reiki etc.

My hobbies include hiking, exercising, ecstatic/intuitive dancing, healthy lifestyle, wellness, cooking ( I prefer mostly vegetarian cooking, using quality seasonal and local ingredients and I also like Asian cuisine) , gardening and enjoying nature. I am interested in Eastern philosophies like Kashmir Shivaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Wu-wei, psychology and nonviolent communication.

Other training, education: Meditation facilitator, massage therapist, education and experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
