Ciao! My name is Jamie, I am 20 years old and I'm looking to experince the lifestlye of the Italian coutryside. I'm half English, half Turkish and I love travelling and seeing different cultures. I have been learning Italian for about a year, and I would like to further it by practicing my speaking with Italians! I have a passion for cooking and baking, and I'd love to prepare meals and learn how to make some italian dishes. It would excite me even more if I could take care of and use fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits etc. I live in the busy city of İstanbul, so I'd like some peace and quiet away from all the noise. I have experience living and helping around in a farm, here in Turkey, in Artvin where my mum's from. I also love animals, especially dogs and horses, and would be more than willing to take care of them. I'm looking for places to stay during August. I have been to 8 countries before including Italy, where I've been to Florence, Pisa, Rome and Bari and I would love to explore other regions! I am a hard worker, and won't complain about the work you give me, as long as it's within reason. I am easy going, tidy, mostly quiet and won't cause you any trouble. In my free time I like to read, meditate, watch films and do sports such as football and running. I am interested in learning new things you have to offer!

I love cooking and making all sorts of different cuisines, main dishes, desserts, baked goods, everything. I am a quick learner, hard-working and diligent. I pay attention to details and follow orders well. I have experience in helping out in a vegetable and fruit garden and farms. I am good willed, patient and excited to help out in interesting projects!
