I moved to Malmö a year ago to study peace and conflict studies but am taking a break from my study’s to to travel around Europe, work on farms and meet new people!

Hello!

My name is Ingrid, I am 20 years old, and I am from Sweden.
I was raised on a small farm in the Swedish countryside and has my whole life had a passion for the outdors. Everything from hiking in the forest, helping my parents with the crops and spending time with animals. For the last year I have been living in Malmö where I have studied peace and conflict studies and worked part time in a cafe. My studies have been very interesting and have given me a new perspective of life and what I want to do in the feature but before I finish my studies I would love to embark on new adventures, meet new people and form lifelong friendships. I am also keen to learn more about sustainable living practices to contribute to a better environment and future.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a diverse range of work experiences. For instance I have worked as a waitress for over 5 years, as well as holding positions in kindergarden, a retail store and as a barista. This has made me accustomed to multitasking and taking initiative. During prior work away experiences as well as growing up on a farm I have learned a variety of different skills surrounding farm care. I have volunteered at multiple festivals in which one consisted of full time work in the kitchen, I also as work in a cafe where baking and cooking is part of the workload. Overall I really enjoy cooking and would love to help preparing meals for many people.
I am fluent in Swedish and English but are open and eager learn more languages.

I really enjoy playing and listening to music. I play drums, enjoy sining and other instruments as piano and gitarr. For the last year I have studied peace and conflict studies at malö university and is driven by a desire on how to great a better and more peacefully world. I enjoy reading, both about the topic of peace, conflict and security, as well as more light novels.
