Description
I am very interested in low-impact lifestyles and living closely with the natural world. I am keen to learn as much as I can about different ways of life and am grateful for the opportunity to acquire knowledge and practical skills from hosts.

My practical interests include permaculture, vegetarian/vegan cooking and animal care. I offer lots of energy and enthusiasm for whatever work is required - I enjoy all types of work whether it be physical work, manual tasks or working with people or animals. I take pleasure in preparing meals and sharing cooking skills as well as maintaining a clean and tidy living space for myself and those around me.

Professionally, I work as an English language coach offering 1:1 online classes to children and adults. I also do some remote work for a yoga centre (former Workaway host).

Growing up in the country, I have always maintained a close connection with the natural world. I regularly practice yoga and occasionally lead informal meditation groups. Some of my other interests include reading, discussing meaningful aspects of life, hiking and generally spending time in quiet, beautiful places.

A few years ago I finished my degree in Human Geography in which I learned about different cultures from around the world. I then worked for a 'global education' charity before deciding to find practical experiences by travelling some more around Europe.
