Description

We’re Hugo and Kilian, two friends from France who’ve just arrived in Medellin. We enjoy nature, meeting people, and helping out, and your place sounds like a wonderful fit for us.

We’re looking for a short Workaway experience of one to two weeks so we can also explore the region and the country. We’re flexible with dates and happy to adapt our plans to what works best for you.

We’re easy-going, adaptable, and happy to help with general hostel tasks, welcoming guests, general maintenance or any daily projects needed around the property. We may not have experience in everything, but we are volunteer, curious, and happy to learn. We love meeting travelers, exchanging cultures, and being part of a positive, shared space.

We've already done some Workaways (carpentry workin a cacao plantation, assisted in reconstructing a rainwater harvesting tank, and farming tasks). I’m travelling with my guitar, and we also have drone if you ever need help creating photo or video content.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

About our skills, we have different but complementary backgrounds.
Hugo is an engineer and is comfortable with organization and logic, but he likes as much intellecutel as manuel task. He enjoys understanding how things work.
We both have varied experiences, sometimes without formal training. We know we still have a lot to learn, but we are motivated, reliable, and curious.

I love playing music: whether it’s acoustic guitar around a fire or electronic jam sessions when the vibe calls for it. I also enjoy climbing, hiking, and practicing yoga to stay grounded and connected to nature. I’m always up for trying local foods and learning about traditional ways of living.

I feel alive in the mountains or in the ocean, and I have a deep love for outdoor sports like snowboarding, paragliding, or trail running. But I also really value slow, mindful moments.

And if there’s a board game night going on, count me in. I'm always up for a game of Uno or something that brings people together through fun and laughter.
