UPDATE: In Sicily right now until mid November then going back to France and looking for a community, permaculture farm, mushrooms farm, goat farm, eco-construction projet to host me for the winter

Hi, i bikepacked to south Italie and Sicily, I stop in permacultures and eco-construction projets during summer. I'm gonna soon coming back to France and instead of working I would like to continue learning about permaculture, garden forest, animals caring, construction and gardening in general.

I have a master's degree in political and social science but now cooking for 4 years now in fin dinning restaurants. It'll be a great pleasure to cook for and with you, I love mediteranean/middle easter food, I'm vegetarian but open. I also really enjoy gardenning and tinkering with my bike.

For now my plan are to leave Paris early april, heading south to Lyon and cross the Alpes to reach north Italy then continuing south all the way to Sicily by East coast for summer. I do my itinerary step by step, but my mains obectives are to visit parts of Italy i never been to, learn the world's most beautiful language and acquire new skills in kitchen, garden and construction by living in italian's households.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a professional cook for 4 years now, i worked in michelin and fine dinning restaurant. I cooked mostly vegetarian food with apetite for mediteranean/midlle eastern food. I graduated a master's degree in politics and social science, I'm not really more into it but I could be help if needed. I already used workaway and helpx platform when I was travelling Australia and South Americ, I helped in permacultures family's farm, did some small construction work and on hospitality.

I built my bike with a friend mechanic, i'm still learning but i could help on general bike maintenance and repairs on your bikes.
