Hi, I'm Guillermo, a 30-year-old traveler from Mexico. I have recently decided to start a completely new chapter in my life, leaving my comfort zone to explore the world, learn from different cultures, and connect with people from all walks of life.

I really enjoy staying active. Running and going on long hikes (walking for hours!) are some of my favorite ways to spend my time. I also love nature, animals, and finding ways to be genuinely helpful to those around me. I consider myself a reliable, practical, and hands-on person who is eager to learn new skills, whether it's in a garden, a household, or a community project.
I just finished my first time volunteering and it was incredible. All the experiences, the knowledge and people that I meet make are making this adventure unforgettable.

My native language is Spanish, and I would love to help anyone who wants to learn or practice it. Currently, my main focus is improving my English listening comprehension and pronunciation, so I am eager to practice with anyone willing to chat! In the future, I would also love to learn the basics of Italian, Japanese or German. Spanish: Native.
English: Intermediate. I can maintain a basic and fluid conversation to coordinate any daily activity. I am constantly working to improve my level, and I am completely willing to help teach or practice Spanish with anyone in the community.

Domestic Cooking:I enjoy cooking and I am quite good at it. I am not a professional chef, but I can prepare varied, hearty, and delicious everyday meals for a family or a group of volunteers. I also like to keep the kitchen clean and organized.

Pet Care:I am a very patient and loving person with animals. I have experience responsibly feeding, walking, and caring for dogs.

Physical Endurance:Due to my lifestyle and work experience, I am well-accustomed to intense physical activity and heavy lifting without any trouble. Long, active days or physically demanding tasks are not a bother for me.

Basic DIY & Maintenance:I have basic, practical knowledge of home maintenance. I can help with simple plumbing fixes (like toilet tanks), basic electrical setups, and light carpentry.

Gardening:I have some experience with seeding and basic plant care in small spaces, so I understand the essentials of soil and plant maintenance.

Adaptability & Learning:I am a fast learner and very patient. Even though my manual skills in some areas are basic, I am always enthusiastic about learning new techniques, tools, and crafts from scratch. I have an open mind and ready hands to help with whatever is needed.

I am passionate about technology and cybersecurity, which I recently started studying on my own in my free time. I enjoy spending hours researching networks and solving logic puzzles.

I also enjoy thought-provoking topics, like science fiction theories and complex paradoxes. If you like talking about crazy theories of the universe or the digital future, we will definitely have great conversations.

How I am in coexistence. I am naturally introverted and a bit quiet at first. I am not a party-goer; I prefer calm environments, respect for personal space, and quiet conversations or board games in the evening. I consider myself an excellent listener who is very respectful of other people's boundaries and privacy.
