Hi from Georgia and Megan! 👋

We’re both 27 years old and an LGBTQIA+ couple from London. While we’ve loved living and working in this city, we’re now seeking new challenges and voluntary roles in Portugal—opportunities that align with our passions and allow us to contribute meaningfully.

We’d love to connect with like-minded people, so here’s a bit about us:

✨ Georgia – I'm an architect turned chef, with a passion for farm to table cooking. Since leaving my role at an architecture firm just over a year ago, I have been offered a whole host of opportunities whilst working as a chef at Ottolenghi. One of my favourite experiences was volunteering at Namayasi farm, which peaked my interest in regenerative farming. Being in the early stages of my culinary career, I am keen to learn more about sustainable agricultural practices and produce and how this can influence my cooking.

Hobbies include: All things food, regenerative farming, climbing, running, and swimming.

✨ Megan – I'm a seasoned creative copywriter with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and online. Whether you need a catchy caption or any kind of written content, I'm able to listen closely to your needs and bring them to life effortlessly. Outside of copywriting, I spent years working within the film industry, where I enjoyed working in collaborative environments and working toward shared goals. My creativity also extends to theatre where I have experience in writing and staging my own productions. I'm also a qualified beginner pole-dance instructor and am eager to explore ways to use my skills in this area.

Hobbies include: Reading, DIY, cooking, theatre, writing, and sustainability.
