WORKAWAYER 1:
Hi I’m Georgina , a 20 year old from the UK looking for an opportunity to increase my animal care experience and improve my skills in hopes of joining the RSPCA in the future. I’ve grown up with a dog and a cat and always volunteered to look after friends/family’s pets when needed. I’ve also always rescued distressed birds and animals from our garden or local woods.
I’m very artistic and love to draw/ play the drums in my spare time. At the moment I spend a lot of time working with children and babysitting which I really enjoy. However, my heart is always with animals, and this is definitely the direction I want to take in my working life. I hope Workaway will give me the experience I need to become an animal welfare officer in the future.
I’m friendly, patient and absolute devoted to animals of all kinds. I really can’t wait to find my ideal Workaway placement :-)

WORKAWAYER 2:
Hello! My name is Savannah and I'm 21 years old. I'm currently studying Korean at university, but I have a love of travelling and working with animals. I have lengthy experience caring for animals and have often looked after my friend's pets, whether it be cats or dogs, whilst they were away. I'd love to gain some hands-on experience and really apply myself in an environment where I am surrounded by animals, helping to care for and nurture them. Currently, for work I do freelance, remote work and I have a ready-to-go attitude with lots of free time. I am always around animals, and view them as family.

I would love to gain some Workaway experience to see more of the world, and to immerse myself in environments with animals. I think working abroad and helping out someone is a fantastic opportunity for hands on experience. I'm very excited to see where we end up, and I promise to work hard everyday! :)
