Description
Hey, I'm Frodisa, from germany.
Recently i started to study Ecosystemmanagement university and i am coach for personaldevelopment and schooltransformation. Also I work in my organisation... at the momet we organisate events and festivals about creating a sustanibal future.
I love to spend my time outside, hiking or just be in nature, read, write or draw ( i am a Artist).
Also i like to act and play Theatre, do some sports and acrobatic.
Before university i traveled to some organic farms via Workaway and made some gardenwork at home. I am a pretty good cook and have some crafting and building experiences, as in eventmanagement ( organised 3 Festivals and some workshops).
I am very interested in farming and agroforestry, also in social projects and climat activism.
Some years i worked, halftimes, at the gastronomy and in the service.
But also i like to learn new things and am happy to have the opportunity.

I am friendly, creative, openminded, like to meet new people, make new friends and experience. I love to travel and see the worlds beauty.

Thanks Frodisa forthe time you shared with us. Let me just leave some feedback for you.
You are really a very hardworking person with a great passion for the Environment. I enjoyed working with you though
we wouldn't handle some aspects of your personality, which made us agree to part ways.
1) Always obey house rules set by the host. You. Spent… read more most hours of the day walking barefoot stepping in the dirt and ended sleeping in the clean bed sheets. We found this so disrespectful and when we suggested that you buy sandals you refused because you didn't want to spend! So wherever you visit, always respect House rules.
2) Whenever you are being taught, please listen. Don't reject outrightly what they are Teaching you. It demoralizes the one Teaching you! This is exactly what happened when we were conducting reforestation. When I told you to always say "hi"to the neighbors, you outrightly refused claiming that this isn't how it's done in your Country! So in this aspect you couldn't expect me to teach you more because I knew you would refuse. Always be Teachable!
3) We apologize that our House is still a work in progress. This is because we have just bought land expensively and have to build, yet run the program without financial support from any donor or Government. So we have to balance between constructing and running the organization on a daily basis. So we are slowly building while running the organization. So it's not as comfortable as a Hotel but we shall get there. Running an organization in Africa very easy. You are always stuck against many odds . No government support comes through, no donor support, so you always have to dig deep into your pockets to make things happen.Rhats why we charge a small fee from the Volunteers to help us run some of these project costs.
4) You're quite a sophisticated person. During your stay you didn't want us to use Water harvested from the roof,.you also dictated the kind of Tomatoes to use when preparing the food. We found this quite strange! Whenever you visit, don't impose your rules. Just be respectful. All the volunteers we have hosted before have praised our Food. This doesn't imply that we are perfect. But just know that when you travel, things are done differently from the way you are used to.
5) When volunteers pay their money, we always purchase things in advance to avoid incurring transportation costs. So when you cut your stay short, I couldn't refund because I bought stuff . We agreed that I pack for you Bunches of Plantains, a sack of avocado, and lots of Jackfruit which you happily took to your next destination.
Overall you are such a nice person to work with, I encourage you to travel t.more Countries and learn more cultures. You will find the World such an interesting place to live. And if you need recommendation for any Job, I will give you a support Letter.
