  Description

  We have a little paradise in Umbria, Italy that needs some help. It is a home in the countryside with beautiful views on the old town of Amelia, a pool and unspoilt nature surrounding us. But let us introduce ourselves: We are Angelika and Constantyn and live here with 4 dogs and 4 cats. Originally we came in pursuit of the dream of running a B&B and quitting the world of corporate office work. We fell in love with this place and, after many years of actually being B&B hosts, we would now like to share our dream with young and culturally interested people who would like to help us keep the property in shape and learn about culture, Italian language, cooking, nature and so much more.
  We have a nice and spacious separate cottage available and if the midday heat gets to much to bear for, feel free to jump in our pool!

  Having once been a B&B, we like to be hosts to our many friends here locally and from abroad. Our community is both Italian and international, and we all share our love for the culture, our passion for the beautiful countryside, good food that we like to cook together and so much more!

  Aide

  We need help cutting wood, cutting brushes, rebuilding dry stone walls and tending to the garden, including digging and planting. We will be helping and showing you how where needed.

  Hébergement

  We have a nice separate and spacious cottage very near the house with own bathroom. It is full renovated and furnished with furniture and things we have collected over the years. In summer, please enjoy our swimming pool to cool off after work!
  We like to cook a variety of styes from European to Asian and would love you to join us!
  While we normally don't eat lunch, you are free to use our kitchen and our ingredients to cook some lunch. For breakfast, we will always have coffee, tea as well as bread and jams, but if you like something hearty, there is cheese and eggs for an omelet or similar. We'd love to have you join us for dinner which we prepare or we could jointly cook - loads of wonderful Italian dishes, but also ethnic cooking that we have learned from our past travels, including Indonesian and Persian.

  Autres infos...

  Amelia, where we are, is right in the heart of Italy. The surrounding towns have hidden jewels of old architecture and other wonderful places for an afternoon off. If you'd like to go further, Rome is an hour's drive away, Florence or Sienna is reachable in ca. 2 hours. However, the Italian countryside is not really well served with public transport, so you will need your own car.
