Description

My name is Fernando, my family and I seek to learn Spanish, get to know the country's culture and live this experience together. In return we offer our help, knowledge and of course, our friendship.

We are a “family of love”, as our son says! Very united and happy.
Fernando is 43 years old, my wife Raquel is 35 years old and our son Gael is 4 years old. We are Brazilians with Italian citizenship. I was a Worker in 2022, I spent 3 months in Canada where I improved my English, experienced the culture, developed new skills such as taking care of vegetable gardens, building furniture, driving a limousine and large vehicles, renovating vehicles, among other things. In fact, during this experience in Canada I made friends and sponsored the host's wedding with a friend of Raquel's. He was at my house in Brazil, where he met his current wife.

I was also in Italy in 2018 when I had my first experience in Europe, I also stayed for 3 months, I was in France for a very short period, and in Spain I only had the opportunity to visit the Airport, which surprised and amazed me. , I also only stayed for one day in Mexico before going to Canada, where I was able to go out and try some of the local cuisine, the people were very friendly and kind.

Now, our family wants to take a gap year and live this experience of being together in another country to learn a new language and culture, make new friends, expand our knowledge and share what we know and know how to do.

My wife likes to cook and cooks Brazilian dishes very well. He likes to venture into the kitchen and learn new dishes, he has tried Japanese Ramen, Chinese yakisoba and even Spanish Paella. I also make snacks which, without modesty aside, are divine, in addition to my Brazilian barbecue, which is spectacular.

Raquel comes from a large and lively family, so she enjoys having family meals and going for walks together.

He works in the Ombudsman sector with direct customer service and enjoys listening, understanding and finding the best way to solve citizens' problems.

Our son, Gael, is very charismatic, communicative and makes friends very quickly, he loves Paw Patrol and identifies a lot as Marshall, lol.

I'm in the technology field (postgraduate) and my wife is a civil servant in the city of Sorocaba-SP, where we currently live.

I'm like many people in the technology field, very curious and willing to learn new things that might be useful. At home, I did most of the maintenance myself, from painting, electrical work and even maintaining a refrigerator that is no longer in use. working properly (it was my last successful maintenance haha).

I have a lot of willpower and energy for work, whether manual or intellectual, and my wife has a lot of ability to take care of the children and household chores and with small repairs to seams. Our son makes friends so easily that I believe that when he grows up he will be a public relations or RSS ambassador.
At home we always share the tasks, which makes everything easier and even more fun, Gael isn't left out, he also helps, so our family can enjoy more time having fun.

My wife is an excellent cook, works well with manual work, such as sewing crafts, home care and organization, very good at online research and assembling and planning for travelers and tasks.

Our son Gael is very articulate and makes friends easily, he is a sweet child and loves making new friends, he really likes animals especially cats, he really likes helping with chores and learning new things, he loves going for walks and playing.
