Hello, we are Jenni and D, both from the UK and travelling for the next 12 months with our two daughters aged 5 and 7. We are an easy going, friendly family and eager to learn and offer any skills we have or can develop.
We are a fit, healthy, happy unit who prioritise health, fitness and wellbeing and have shared this passion with our children. Family activities often include trying new activities, experiences and exploring. We speak English, and a little French and Spanish, and always keen to learn what we can!
I'm Jenni, I'm 39.
I am a Speech and Language Therapist and happy to share any skills I have and can. I have worked in special schools and with adults and children with learning disabilities. I have supported adults with neurological issues and more recently supported and advocated for the communication needs of people within the criminal justice system.
I have volunteered for the Wave Project (UK) supporting children with mental health needs with surf therapy. I have also volunteered with the Forestry Commission, helping to maintain the land.
My first experience of travel was aged 18. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to continue my travel journey and am grateful for all the wonderful people and places I have experienced.
My personal interests are running, reading, yoga, learning about Ayurveda and Eastern philosophies, gardening, cooking, self development, hiking, cycling, nature, environmental issues, wellness and exploring new places.
Hi, I am D and I am 41 years old.
My skill sets are varied, from professional Dive Master and business manager to coordinating outdoor expeditions. I regularly plan team and group training sessions in these areas, covering both the theory and practical elements.
In my spare time when I'm not climbing or diving I am involved in house and land maintenance and renovation with several personal projects back in the UK. I enjoy keeping fit and active.
Thank you for taking the time to read a little about us. Please feel free to reach out for more information or calls/videocalls. 🙏Centres d’intérêt

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I am a speech and language therapist and have worked with children in special schools, adults in hospital and the community and supported people in the criminal justice system.
I am a mother to a 5 and 7 year old and am currently homeschooling as we travel. I am more than happy to offer childcare if required
I have volunteered as a surf mentor for children and young people with mental health issues, and for the forestry commission in the UK helping to maintain the biodiversity.
I enjoy being active, running, being outdoors, nature, animals, cooking, gardening, reading, yoga and learning about what ignites my interest.
I am an open, honest person and love learning about the people I meet. I try to be as reflective as I can, and welcome feedback as opportunities to learn and better myself.
Although I have lived most my life in the UK, I have travelled lots over the years, and I first went travelling aged 18 (solo) and am grateful for the experiences my travel over the years has offered me and the people and interactions I have had.
I would love to learn more about taking care of nature, animals, the land and building and living sustainably.Âge
