Hello, my name is Enrico Sinigoi. At 58 years old, I enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. As a qualified Kundalini Yoga instructor, I believe in the power of connecting mind, body, and spirit.

My journey has taken me to various corners of the world, allowing me to experience diverse cultures and perspectives.
