Description
Greetings, we are an enterprising couple traveling the word since 2017.
We both work in hospitality, one a as chef and the other as a waitress, and we easily found the way to use our professions to travel and experience different culture around the word, in a way that we really enjoyed.
We met each other during our travel, working the soil, cooking genuine food and baking fresh bread in a small village of central Italy.
Recently we invested our time to build our own campervan to be even more free in our traveling life.
We decided to join the Workaway community to make new experience and meet new people.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Emanuele: Chef as profession. I've done different jobs in my past, but what I think is relevant for you to know is that I've been working already in a farm, taking care of the garden and crops, feeding animals (pigs, goats), fixing fences and working the soil. I'm practical with basics mechanical jobs and painting. I'm really enthusiast to learn new skills.
Gesa: Waitress as profession. I know how to bake bread and to do pastry. Since I'm young I've been in contact with farm jobs, such as school experience. I enjoy working outside and making my hands dirty without fear of hard jobs. I'm very flexible and capable person.
Recently we invested our time to build our own camper-van from top to bottom, to improve even more our traveling life. In this DIY project we learned a lot about materials and technical skills.

We love to hike and climb, to enjoy the nature and to go out for camping trips.
We traveled often with a motorbike, and now with our camper-van.
In general we are living a simple life style relishing the moment.
