Hi everyone!
My name is Elsbeth. I'm 31 years old and from the Netherlands. I used to work with teenage refugees in the Netherlands (Youth protection), but I needed a break, so I quit my job and have just finished 1,5 years of traveling in New Zealand. In the past I have also traveled solo to Australia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. It gives me a feeling of freedom and is very empowering to me.
What brings me most joy in life is to spend time with my family and people that have a positive energy. Additionally I love photography, cooking, making music, doing boardgames and playing tennis.
Hopefully this gives a little image of who I am.

My native language is Dutch. Though I have lived in Australia for a year, had an Australian partner for a long time and have done my master studies in English. So I feel very comfortable speaking and teaching English as well. Spanish is a language that I am interested in learning and I have done a Spanish course, but I would not be able to teach anyone else yet.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a bachelor and master degree in child development in an intercultural context. After graduating I gained working experience with children from 0 to 18 years old, with parents, other educators. I currently work in youth protection, but have experience in pre-schools as well.
Additionally I love to cook. Have always been independent and take care of my own household. Gardening is something I love to do, but don't know if I could say i am really talented. But I am not too old to learn.
Teaching English or Dutch is something I could do.
Further, I have experience working in a small lunch cafe preparing food for people.
