I am 24 years old and I'm a physiotherapist. I would describe myself as a calm, open-minded and curious person who enjoys both connecting with people and having quiet time to focus on my own tasks. I find it easy to talk to new people and built trust, but I also really value moments of calm where I can just be by myself.
Being in nature makes me feel most like myself- especially near the sea. I love the feeling of space, fresh air and simplicity. Long walks, hinking or cycling help me clear my mind, and I enjoy combining that with listening to music or just taking in my surroundings.
For me, traveling is not about ticking of places, but about experiencing different ways of living, slowing down, and gaining new perspectives beyond my everyday routine.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, being creative. Painting and DIY projects are things I genuinely enjoy, especially when I can work with my hands and create something from scratch. I also like simple things like cooking, baking, or spending time outdoors and hanging out with friends.
Working in the healthcare field has taught me a lot about responsibility, reliability, and working with people. Adapting to new situations and staying calm, even when things get busy, is something I'm used to.
I'm happy to help with practical tasks, gardening, organizing, creative projects, general tasks around the house and interacting with people.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Working as a physiotherapist has given me a lot of experience with people of all ages. I'm used to explaining things clearly, guiding others, and staying calm and patient even in stressfull situations.
Alongside that, I really enjoy practical and hands-on work and I've helped gardening at my parents' home. I like keeping spaces clean and organized and I'm comfortable helping with general household tasks.
I also enjoy creative work such as painting, DIY projects, and upcycling. I've built small pieces of furniture like a small table or a spice rack, and I like working with my hands and learning new skills.
Physical work is no problem at all, and I'm happy to help outdoors or wherever support is needed.
I speak German (native), French (intermediate, B2.2 level), English (very good), and Russian (beginner).
I'm very motivated to learn new things, whether it's gardening, working with people or animals, or picking up completely new practical skills. Working independently and working as a part of a team are both things I enjoy.
