1st workawayer (Eleftheria): My motivation stems from a deep sense of fulfillment and joy that comes from making a positive impact on others lives. It is my firm belief that by extending kindness and empathy, we can contribute to a brighter and more compassionate world, and I am committed to doing just that through my work with children and those in need.
2nd workawayer (Sara): It makes me happy to help people and make positive impacts on other lives. I believe that the cultural exchange brings individuals together and increases people empathy and understanding. I am an open minded person that always strives to develop.

1st workawayer: I am bilingual in Greek and English. Went to a Greek school and at the same time had private lessons for English and then moved to the UK for university.2nd workawayer: what fascinates me is a cultural and language exchange. I am trilingual fluent in Spanish, Basque and English. I grew up in Spain and studied university in the UK.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Eleftheria: I have a solid educational background in fields such as child development and psychology. This knowledge provides me with a deep understanding of the developmental stages and needs of children, as well as the principles of effective communication and relationship building. Working as a teaching assistant in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools has been a transformative experience for me. It has provided me with a deep understanding of the challenges and unique requirements of children with special needs. My time in SEN schools has shaped my approach to working with children and has strengthened my skills in supporting their development and well-being. Also, I was chosen to help prevent bullying in my school after completing a screening process for an anti-bullying program. The children knew that I was part of this and would come to me if they had any problems. After fights and arguments, I would gather both the children into separate rooms at first to hear their side of the story and then together. They would explain to each other what they did not like and then I would explain what is right and wrong. This was beneficial because it helped the kids mentally as they had someone to talk to and a supportive, caring and safe environment. I also benefited from this as it made me more compassionate and gave me an understanding of their emotions.

Sara: I have a solid child care experience obtained form my work as an Aupair for 1 year in the UK. I have a deep understanding on Psychology and child development due to the psychology degree I completed from 2020 to 2023. I am an empathetic person. I have excellent communication skills and my work experience has provided me with the ability to handle significant responsibilities and ensure a positive and fun environment for those around me. Regarding sports, I have horse riding and Kickboxing experience for over 4 years.

1st: kickboxing for three years now, i have done 7 years of piano exams, self defence up until green belt exam, dancing from when i was 6 (different types: ballet, contemporary, jazz, modern, salsa and greek dancing)

2nd: I have done Kickboxing for 4 years now, I enjoy horse riding since I was a kid, and I love gardening and nature related hobbies. Enjoy cooking too.
