I occasionally hit the road on my second sportbike named Spot, after my 12.000 km solo road trip on my first motorbike through Eastern and Southern Europe two years ago!

Description

I finished my bachelor food and dietetics and will now hit the road for the third time with my sportsbike! Visiting the Alps, probably Slovenia and Czechia. I hope to meet new people, to share stories and to make lasting memories.

During my bachelor I took a break and left home to go on my first (solo) trip ever, accompanied with my motorbike Pruttel. I made my way across the Balkans and was on the road for eight months, experiencing Greece and Southern Italy.

I have absolutely loved Workaway, since it's a beautiful way for me to experience other lifestyles and perspectives. I love listening to people and getting to know one's view on life. I am eager to learn new things. My bucket list is endless.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

During the last half year of my course I studied psychology, focused on changing behaviour and getting trained to become a coach.

Besides my study I love to experience a variety of jobs. I worked as a babysitter, in a nursery, as shop assistent, as groceries deliverer, in the sales, as car deliverer, did festival work and I train children in the beautiful sport of gymnastics.

My activities during Workaway stays so far have been helping a small farm preparing a retreat, living in a remote mountain hut serving bypassing hikers some good Bosnian coffee and helping with some construction work. :)

I grew up on an old farm and used to help my father around. I don't mind getting my hands dirty. I am not scared of physical work like stacking or chopping wood. I enjoy the outdoorsy work.

This trip has so far given me a lot of beautiful insights. I have seen a great variety of people and ways of living. It changes my perspective of life, happiness and society.

While I travel I keep up with my journal. Ever since I could hold a pencil, I kept a diary. So almost all my life I have been writing about my daily life, major life events, thoughts, feelings, dreams. It is a way for me to process my thoughts and think about the day. I could not image travelling (life!) without writing!

Besides writing, you might find me drawing. I draw or paint when some form of inspiration comes to me. :)
