Hi!
My name is Damien, I’m 20 and currently studying engineering at ICAM Toulouse, in France.

As part of my studies, I have four months of freedom to travel, discover new environments, and learn through real-life experiences. I chose Canada for its vast nature, beautiful landscapes, and the opportunity to meet people living differently — off the beaten path.

I’m curious, reliable, easy-going, and eager to help. I’ve done volunteer work before, enjoy trekking and wild camping, and I’m comfortable with both hands-on tasks and community life.

I’d be happy to lend a hand with gardening, maintenance, cooking, DIY, child care, or digital/tech help — and I’m also open to artistic, ecological, or social projects.

Handyman skills:
I’m confident with tools like drills, saws, screwdrivers, and I’ve helped with repairs, basic carpentry, painting, assembling furniture, and small construction jobs. I’m practical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn more.
Outdoor & farm work:
I have worked in corn fields, doing weeding, harvesting, sorting, and general field work. I enjoy physical labor and being outdoors, no matter the weather.
Teaching & tutoring:
I’ve been tutoring high school students in mathematics for one year. I’m also happy to help with science, French, or general academic support.
Cooking & everyday help:
I often cook at home and enjoy preparing meals for others. I’m quick to help with cleaning, washing dishes, and keeping things tidy.
Tech / digital help:
I’m comfortable with basic tech troubleshooting, organizing files, writing documents, or helping with small video edits and digital tools.
