Hey there! It's Clara and Tom here :) We're a couple based on the South Coast of England — I'm (Clara) originally form Italy, and my partner Tom is from London. We're both interested in sustainable living, working with animals, and giving a hand wherever it's needed. Our goal is to explore South America, especially Chile, while contributing to projects that align with our values.

Who we are:
- Clara: I've spent a lot of time in the mountains and countryside growing up, which started my interest in ecology and animal care. I've worked in hospitality for years and have a degree in fine arts, so I'm no stranger to teamwork, creativity, or long days on my feet. I've done plenty of dog and cat sitting and have volunteered abroad in animal care. I'm drawn to South America for the landscapes, the culture and because I want to find out if working with nature and conservation might be my path. I'm also learning Spanish and would love to learn more while helping out and gaining new skills. In my spare time i love to crochet, read and practice yoga.

- Tom: When I was 8 my parents took me out of school to travel the world for 6 months, giving me a taste for other cultures and how travel can open your mind. Since then I have travelled a lot around Europe solo and plan now to go to South America for the beautiful nature and to learn Spanish. I currently work as a chef in a vegan sushi restaurant, which fits nicely with my passion for the environment and conservation. I hope to find a project where I can work hard with like-minded people so that I can gain experience in this field. I am also a musician, have a degree in philosophy and love rock climbing!

We're looking for opportunities to:
- Contribute to sustainable agriculture or permaculture projects.
- Help with animal farms, wildlife rehab and animal sanctuaries.
- Support reforestation or habitat restoration work.
- Learn Spanish!

We're respectful, easy-going, and reliable — happy to get stuck in with whatever needs doing. We also love being outdoors, getting our hands dirty and learning from others along the way. We can't wait to be part of your project and meet amazing people in South America!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Clara:
I'm an adaptable and hard working person with a background in arts. I speak two languages and would be happy to teach. I have worked in hospitality for years and built good team-player and communication skills. I am good at staying positive during long hours of work and I care about a job well done. I'm also great with animals-- I've done a lot of cat and dog sitting and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals of any kind. My grandad thaught me basic gardening skills while helping him with his vegetable garden. I am not afraid of hard work or getting my hands dirty and always eager to learn. As a volunteer I help taking care of a sheep grazing site that helps the preservation of the natural habitat of the rare chalk hills on the English South Coast. I enjoy anything creative as well as painting, DIY projects, decorating and any other artistic tasks!

Tom:
I am a native English speaker and more than happy to teach. For the past year I have worked as a chef so am used to working long hours. When I was younger I loved helping my grandparents in the garden, planting and caring for plants. I also helped my Dad convert a van into a mobile home, which taught me some basic wood skills and lots of painting. I am currently learning more about working with wood and am getting in to whittling and guitar building. I am a musician - guitar, piano and violin - and love to share this with others!

Tom
I love music and play the guitar, piano and violin - I play in a band in Brighton. Another passion of mine is rock climbing and being outdoors. In my down time I read lots of books and love to cook.

Clara
In my past time I like practising yoga and pilates. I love hiking and walking in nature, spending time with animals brings me joy. I like being creative with crocheting and painting and when I need to relax I read classic novels or watch fantasy movies.
