Description
We are recently retired farmers/ business owners from Canada. We have many years experience of organic farming practices and grew and preserved our own food for family of 4 children for many years. Now that our family is grown we like to travel and explore new countries. Tony is also a master builder and enjoys building everything from homes to barns and renovations. Both of us love outdoors and being in farming communities and helping plant grow and harvest. I have a background in culinary arts and have spent many years in professional kitchens

I am a retired chef, avid gardener, retired business owner. I have run professional kitchens for large groups along with my own self sufficient gadens for our family for many years. I also sit on the board of two international organizations that work with agroecology and seed sovereignty.
Tony had over 30 years of carpentry experience and has completed many home remodeling projects.. that requires wood, cement and a hammer
Worked and lived on a farm all his life with many years experience in agriculture, animal husbandry and farm equipment.
