Hola,
me llamo Tina (or Christina as you prefer), tengo 40 años y soy de Alemania. Llevo cinco meses aprendiendo español pero en este momento estoy mejor en inglés.
In May 2023 I arrived in Spain for a long term journey to learn about the language, culture and people of this beautiful country my father called home. To really dig into this adventure I left big part of my life ( family and friends who I obviously cant see that often anymore, a beautiful job in healthcare as well as material belongings) in Germany. My travels have so far brought me from to the north of Spain (Euskadi y Galicia) to Catalunya, volunteering in ecological agriculture (WWOOF and workaway) and also as an Au-Pair.
I am diligent, friendly and creative, love the outdoors for swimming, hiking, working and just spending most part of the day outside. Furthermore I enjoy cooking, being creative and listening to music.
Living low waste, re-using things, growing own food and leaving little impact is a way I am following and enjoy more and more each day. Plants and animals are beautiful but just as well I love and need human contact and people around me. :)

I am interested in permaculture, self suficient living and also in the sustainable tourism sector. Besides that I am up for many other tasks as I see this journey as a big chance to develop and learn all different kind of things.
I have been a babysitter for more than 20 years and even was an Au pair in the US for one year, so if there is childcare involved in your volunteer tasks that would be another skill I could happily offer.
No matter what exactly my jobs are it is always important to me that I fulfill my tasks responsibly while still enjoying what I am doing.
