Description

We are young South Africans, passioned about travelling, sport and adventure. Both Janno and I enjoy being physically active, anything from mountain biking, swimming, trail running to any water sports.

We love meeting new people and thus decided to take on this adventure to travel Europe for a few month. We are very energetic, and eager to learn and grow as young individuals as we embark om this journey.

Hi I am Christie, I grew up in Hartenbos, a quaint beach town in South Africa. My affinity for hands-on work and a passion for collaboration define me. I consider myself robust, independent, and an excellent team player. In 2023, I successfully completed my internship as a Biokineticist in South Africa. My profession requires strong interpersonal skills and physical fitness as I engage in the rehabilitation of sports injuries and disabilities. Embracing an active lifestyle, I find joy in participating in triathlons and trail running events, constantly pushing my physical and mental boundaries.

Hi, I’m Janno, a civil engineer based in George, South Africa. I’m passionate about building, creating, and fixing things, and I really enjoy working with my hands. Whether it’s construction projects, maintenance work, problem-solving, or practical tasks around a property, I take pride in getting stuck in and doing the job properly.

I also have knowledge and experience in farming, as agriculture has always been close to my heart. One day, I hope to continue working on and growing our family farm in Plettenberg Bay. I enjoy being outdoors and appreciate the hard work and lifestyle that comes with farm life.

I’m an active and outdoors-oriented person who loves cycling, spending time in the mountains, and exploring nature. I enjoy learning new skills, meeting different people, and contributing wherever I can. I’m hardworking, reliable, and always happy to help with projects that involve building, repairs, farming, outdoor work, or general hands-on tasks.
