Description

Prototypically Dutch: quite tall and I love to ride my bicycle! I was born in the beautiful old university town of Leiden, but I've been living in The Hague for the past years where I worked as a Dutch teacher in an international high school. I'm currently studying at the University of Cape Town (Med Psychology of Education).

Leiden University // Teaching Certificate: Dutch Language (2022)

TEFL 180h Course // Internationally recognized qualification for teaching English as a foreign language (2020).

Leiden University // Bachelors Degree Dutch language and culture, with a minor in Psychology (2016-2020).

Hogeschool Rotterdam // Teachers Academy, acquired first-year diploma, and did an internship teaching Dutch to students in the age of 14-18 (2015-2016).

Courses acquired while working as a Disability Support Worker// administering medication, administering probe feeding, use of ceiling and floor lifts (2018).

Social Responsibility Diploma // course that is required for the responsible employees of a restaurant, hotel or bar (2012).
