Description

My name is Camila. I have been living in Australia for 6 months but I lived my entire youth in Brasília, the capital of Brazil.

Since I was a child, I was very connected with nature. I always followed my father on adventures. We did rappelling on waterfalls, ride motorcycles, and cooked camp food.
When I was a child I became a scout girl, so camping has always been of my life.
I really enjoy hiking in the forest and I love the green of nature.
I respect animals and plants.
I see a better world, built by ourselves, then every day I try to do something good to me and other people.
I'm an adaptative person that likes outside activities and team sports. I'm feeling ready to learn new activities.
I consider myself hardworking and disciplined, but also, committed to anything I do. The happiness and spontaneity are with me. I'm friendly, calm and observative, I'm always available when someone needs help.

In my hometown, I used to work as Data Scientist in an important bank. My best knowledge and skills are python development, machine learning, NLP and excellent communication between the technical team and the business area.
I'm an english student for a long time, at intermediate level, so, I want to exchange my experiences with native speakers to get fluency in english.

I think traveling is one of the best ways to enjoy life and learn a new language.

"Volunteer"
I have been working as a Scout Leader for over two years. Our work is completely linked to help young people to find shine bright, gain skills and confidence they'll take through their lives.
We are always participating in community activities. Some of those projects we helped a few families to reform their homes, removed trash of rivers, took care of rescues animals.

"Courses"

"Repairs"
I fixed many things in houses like install plugs, fixing roofs, prepare cement, unblocking sinks, drains and toilets.
I paint walls, bicycles, handicrafts and things in general.
I'm good with geographic guidance and maps.

"Animals and plants"
I planted trees and seedlings. Grow lettuce, tomatoes, carrots.
I know how to build a Top Camp, tents, campfire, cut wood...
I built a raft with bamboo and another with recyclable materials.
I took care of rescues animals.

"Artistic"
I have a lot of skills with manual work. I like drawing, painting and I'm very detailed and dedicated.
I know how to make crafts with paper, modeling with masses. I accept new challenges.

I am at a point in my life where I leave my job to experience everything that an exchange brings to me. I would like to make spontaneous and sincere connections with people/animals and also enjoy the beauties of the cities.
