Description

I have always wanted to travel and have new experiences. And now I’ve decided to put other areas of my life aside for a little while and prioritise exploring the world.

I’ve spent most of my working years in hospitality in all ranges of roles from waitstaff to bartending to management. The last 2 years I have been lucky enough to have a job in animal care which I have adored. I enjoy working with animals and I would love to continue to pursue animal focused work in the future.
I also love art and enjoy being hands on to make any kind of creative work.

My most recent travels were solo to the UK which I enjoyed immensely. I have also traveled northern Japan, parts of South America and parts of South East Asia. While travelling in the UK I obtained my accommodations through pet/house sitting. I have a fair bit of experience caring for other peoples houses and pets and being respectful of their personal spaces.

I’m open minded and accept everyone with warmth. I would love to be able to engage with people through this site and obtain new and exciting experiences.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I truly enjoy getting crafty. Big fan of knitting/ crochet clubs or just any gathering in general for creative minds. I used to paint and draw often. Quite eager to teach or learn arty skills. This also includes DIY. All too keen to take part in renovating, painting and the like but have no professional qualifications and the same goes for gardening.

Have a love of cooking and baking and enjoy getting together with others in the kitchen.

I’ve had 10 plus years of hospitality and customer service experience.

I adore animals of all kinds! I’ve completed an Animal Studies cert II and have 2 years of experience working as an animal attendant at an animal shelter in VIC Australia. Before this I also spent some years volunteering for some local animal hospitals and orphanages. I’ve had much experience looking after peoples homes and pets through online sitting. I know how to be respectful of news environments and peoples spaces.
